  We were seated by about 8 minutes however, our server didn't even come to our table once. The manager gave us coffee and water. She kept ignoring us for 18 minutes. She took dirty plates out from table across from us and we were already there when she served them. Could not come and get our order at all.

  Usually go in around 2 to 3 am and the waitress has remembered our names and brings us coming back!

  Horrible service! I would not send even my worst enemies to this place. The servers make it clear they could care less about you because of how directly rude they are to the customers! The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The food is below average, served cold, and slow to arrive at table. Save yourself the trouble and don't ever walk through the doors!

  I love IHOP! Great food at a good price. Our waitress was Kimberly and she was terrific. She made us laugh and the service was great.
